This is an ancient Chinese medicine that has been in use for hundreds, if not thousands of years. During that time, it has changed somewhat, but the same methods are used today as they used to be. First, you should understand what acupuncture is. It is a method of medical care that treats a variety of illnesses and provides anesthesia. To accomplish this, very small, hair thin needles are placed into the skin.
